Mecalem has been run by Robert Lemonon since 1980. It has developed its technical Subcontracting expertise through a tested and approved quality concept. The company was certified ISO 9002 in 1996 and ISO 9001 V2000 in 2005 thanks to its permanent attention to quality, equipment and operators.

. 2 6-axis CNC turrets with twin spindles and bar feed
    - Manufacturing machine with twin spindles and C axis.
    - Offers the possibility of turning parts without withdrawing them and without an operator
    thanks to the automatic bar feed.

. 6 CN Turrets (2 with bar feed)

  + Robot for loading/unloading onto 6 palettes

    - Rotating palettes that allow the spindle tools to be in permanent contact with the parts :
    parts can be loaded and unloaded with concurrent operation time.
